By Mary Chase

Elwood P. Dowd and his pal Harvey are creating quite a stir at his sister Veta’s weekly tea party as he introduces them to his friend Harvey, a six and a half foot tall Pooka. Veta and her daughter Myrtle Mae decide that Elwood needs to spend some time in a sanitarium, but that is easier said than done. Harvey is not all that he appears. This classic tale from 1944 has never been performed in our theatre and we couldn’t be happier to have Harvey in our building.

A Comedy Of Tenors

Written by Ken Ludwig

This sequel to Lend Me a Tenor finds familiar characters on tour in 1930s Paris. With four tenors, two wives, three girlfriends, and a soccer stadium filled with screaming fans, what could possibly go wrong? The stage is set for the concert of the century – as long as producer Henry Saunders can keep mercurial Italian opera superstar Tito Merelli and his hot-blooded wife, Maria, from causing runaway chaos. Prepare for an uproarious ride, full of mistaken identities, bedroom hijinks, and slamming doors.

Eric Fortin – Elwood P. Dowd

Eric has been involved with community theatre since 2015, when he walked into an audition for 'The Last Lifeboat' on a whim. Before he decided to try out acting, music was his creative outlet. Eric wrote songs and sang in a riff rock band. Before his beautiful wife and two kids tamed him, he even wrote a rock musical! But midnight concerts got old pretty quickly, and now it's the theatre stage he finds himself drawn to. Eric was taken under the wing of director Mike Busswood for 'The Woman in Black' last year. They became good friends, so Eric was excited to join the cast of Harvey under Mike's direction. Thanks to Cathe Busswood, for taking this play on and keeping me laughing. This one's for you, Busswood.
