Ticket Holder Information:
Each existing performance date for The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night Time and Spamalot will be postponed to a new date. In doing this, each existing order will remain the same, the only change being the date.
With the second postponement of Spamalot announced on May 27, 2020, the same process will repeat. If ticket holders wish to retain their tickets for the rescheduled Spamalot, no action is required.
Patrons may receive an updated version of their original email invoice, dated with their original ticket purchase date. This is not an error and you have not been charged again. This email is letting you know your new dates for the rescheduled show.
For example, if you have purchased 2 tickets for the 3rd Thursday of the run in April, your order will be moved to the 3rd Thursday of the new 3 week run in October.
Your seats and day of the week will remain the same. Ticket holders are also able to exchange their seats to any new date, request a tax- deductible donation receipt for the value of the tickets, or request a full refund.
