All orders must be paid and your credit card will be charged at the time of the order; we do not take reservations.
We do not offer refunds. We do not offer exchanges or refunds on expired tickets.
Please arrive at the theatre with plenty of time for the performance. If you arrive late up to 5 minutes, your tickets are guaranteed, but you may be seated other than as reserved (i.e. balcony or back of house), as late seating disrupts both performers and patrons. Late arrivals past 5 minutes may wait until intermission to be seated, or exchange their tickets for another performance. This is at the discretion of our ushers.
In the unlikely event that severe weather or similar circumstances beyond our control causes cancellation of a performance, we will make every reasonable attempt to announce it on the website, our social media platforms and through signage at the theatre. We will also endeavour to call or email affected patrons. In the absence of such messages, patrons should assume that the performance will proceed, but we are not liable for any loss or inconvenience that patrons may incur in trying to reach the theatre only to find that the performance is cancelled after all. If a performance is cancelled, patrons would be re-booked for another performance if possible or offered a refund. Patrons who do not pick up their reserved tickets or who do not attend the scheduled performance are not eligible for re-booking or refund.
These are available for purchase during the summer, until the first show of the season is finished (generally from July to September). When purchasing, you will select dates and seats for each show. The seasons pass includes 4 shows. It does not include tickets to the December Pantomime. These tickets may be purchased in the same transaction but are separate from the pass. We also offer a Discount Days version of the seasons pass. It does not offer a discount but allows you to pre-select your dates and seats.
We offer gift certificates for sale in person or over the phone. They are sold in seat increments (1 gift certificate is 1 seat). They are equivalent to the current season door ticket price, but can be customized in some cases. Please inquire.
