The Box Office is open 1 – 5:30 pm, Wed – Sat and on show nights for 1 hour prior to curtain. At the ticket window we only accept cash, VISA, or MasterCard.
Tickets may be reserved by phone up to 30 minutes prior to curtain. All reservations must be secured by Visa or MC and your credit card will be charged at the time of the reservation. If you arrive late, your tickets are guaranteed, but you may be seated other than as reserved as noted below.
If you have made an unconfirmed reservation not secured by Visa or MC, you can pay for them and pick them up, up to 30 minutes prior to curtain. If you do not pick them up by then, we reserve the right to sell them to other patrons if the house is full.
Please arrive at the theatre with plenty of time for the performance. You may not be able to take the seats you have reserved if you arrive after curtain, since late arrivals are disruptive and distracting for other patrons. If you are late, you will be seated at the discretion of the ushers.
In the unlikely event that severe weather or similar circumstances beyond our control causes cancellation of a performance, we will make every reasonable attempt to announce it on the website, our social media platforms and through signage at the theatre. We will also endeavour to call affected patrons. In the absence of such messages, patrons should assume that the performance will proceed, but we are not liable for any loss or inconvenience that patrons may incur in trying to reach the theatre only to find that the performance is cancelled after all. If a performance is cancelled, patrons would be rebooked for another performance if possible or offered a refund. Patrons who do not pick up their reserved tickets or who do not attend the scheduled performance are not eligible for rebooking or refund.
